The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) was established in 1999 as an international independent agency composed and funded equally by the sport movement and governments of the world. Its key activities include scientific research, education, development of anti-doping capacities, and monitoring of the World Anti-Doping Code (Code) – the document harmonizing anti-doping policies in all sports and all countries.
Working further with WADA, JTA Design created a new educational resource for parents, to support the philosophy of clean sports for their children and to educate readers on doping and the laws that govern it. The booklet was designed to be highly visual in order to bring the material to life and to create powerful engagement with readers of all ages. It used bold imagery and icons to call out primary points and to facilitate reading and retention of the material. Available in a print and digital copy, the resource has been very popular and has achieved WADA’s intended aims.
